1. Acceptance
By accessing or purchasing from Shopee Labs you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Products
We sell premium digital subscriptions and accounts. Listings describe the duration, warranty period and delivery method for each item.
3. Orders & payment
All orders are processed via Binance Pay (USDT) unless otherwise stated. Orders are considered complete once the corresponding transaction is confirmed and credentials are delivered.
4. Delivery
Most digital products are delivered instantly after payment confirmation. Some items may take up to a few hours to provision; you can check status on the Track Order page.
5. Warranty & replacements
Items include the warranty period stated on the product page. If a credential stops working during the warranty window, submit a replacement request and we will replace or credit it.
6. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are issued only when the item cannot be delivered or replaced. Replacements are the default remedy during the warranty period.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, abuse, or share delivered credentials in ways that violate the upstream provider's terms. We may suspend accounts that engage in fraud or chargebacks.
8. Liability
Shopee Labs is not liable for indirect losses caused by upstream service changes outside our control. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the latest version is always posted on this page.
